Human Resources Coordinator

Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is looking to speak with Boston area candidates who are looking for opportunities with similar specifications to those listed below:
Responsibilities:
Post, maintain, and refresh job advertisements on various job boards
Review resumes and direct qualified candidates to hiring managers
Organize and schedule interviews across multiple time zones for candidates and team members
Oversee onboarding and offboarding checklists for incoming and outgoing employees
Conduct and monitor outcomes of background checks
Coordinate various onboarding activities and events
Create, update, and maintain accurate personnel records and human resources related files (i.e.: new hire paperwork, job changes, manager changes, promotions, payroll changes, and terminations)
Assist with employee benefits administration including healthcare, life, disability, and other plans/programs
Audit and continuously optimize Human Resources processes, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and best practices
Support the annual employee performance evaluation process
Adhere to information security and privacy policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines at all times
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
2-4years of experience in a role related to Human Resources (Administrator, Coordinator, Recruiter, etc.)
Effective Human Resources administration and people management skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
