Human Resources Coordinator - Old Colony Elder Services

OCES supports elders and individuals with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services that promote healthy, save lives for our consumers. We want to help them stay as active and engaged in their lives and in their own communities for as long as possible.

To help achieve that goal, we are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to assist with the administrative function of the Human Resources department. Great opportunity to start and grow your Human Resources career!

What you'll do:

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department
• Administer the learning and performance management sections of HRIS system
• Assist with maintenance of other sections of HRIS system
• Support the recruiting and onboarding processes as needed
• Help with HR related quality issues

What you'll bring:

• Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with an ability to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 or related software.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Degree preferred.
• Bilingual preferred
