**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee HR operations for nursing home facility in Dunedin, FL ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for nursing and administrative staff.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with leadership to address employee relations, performance management, and training needs.
- Act as a liaison between staff and management to address concerns and improve overall employee satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Florida.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
