St. Paul’s is seeking a diligent and organized Human Resources Coordinator with strong administrative background experience. This pivotal role involves managing administrative tasks associated with onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into our organization.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Administrative Support: You will serve as the primary contact for all administrative aspects of the onboarding process, playing a crucial role in delivering a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
- HR Process Assistance: This role extends beyond administrative tasks while assisting in various HR processes across all business locations, including job postings and communication with management.
- Orientation and Onboarding: Conduct first-day orientations, complete necessary paperwork, and guide new employees through our onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
- Recruitment Support: Collaborate with HR Director and/or HR Manager to identify recruitment needs, process job requisitions, and post openings across multiple platforms, including social networking sites.
- Candidate Management: Keep hiring managers informed about candidate statuses and coordinate reference checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to employee inquiries and assisting with HR-related requests.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance by certifying I-9 documentation and maintaining accurate records while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
- Special Projects: Assist the HR department with various projects, reports, and special events as needed. Will also conduct other duties as assigned by HR Director and HR Manager.
Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in computer applications and a keen eye for detail. Prior HR experience is preferred but not required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
Education and/or Experience: Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is preferred but not required.
This position is based in our office and is not remote. The successful candidate will be required to work from our office location.
