Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Foster a positive work environment with effective communication and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with employment laws.
Manage payroll and benefits.
Coordinate training programs for staff development.
Support performance reviews and employee performance management.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Promote workplace safety and compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
Knowledge of HR practices and Ohio labor laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
