Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.

• Foster a positive work environment with effective communication and conflict resolution.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws.

• Manage payroll and benefits.

• Coordinate training programs for staff development.

• Support performance reviews and employee performance management.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Promote workplace safety and compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• HR experience, preferably in healthcare.

• Knowledge of HR practices and Ohio labor laws.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
