Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Position Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator possesses an ultimate customer service attitude and is responsible for supporting the daily human resources function for the organization, including talent acquisition, onboarding, managing HRIS data and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain and update HRIS data and generate reports as needed.
- Support employee relations and address HR inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
