Human Resources Data Analyst - Sante Health

About the Job
Sante Health System is seeking a full-time Human Resources Data Analyst to join our team in Fresno, CA. This role will leverage insights into our people and organizational data to facilitate improved stakeholder decision-making. The best candidate for this position will posses a strong background in HR data analytics and be able to utilize HRIS platforms and other technologies to manage and analyze data, identify trends and provide actionable recommendation and process improvements for our clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics or a related field, but applicable education and experience may be considered.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems including experience with management of user account permissions and settings. Experience with iSolved HCM a plus!
- Experience developing and implementing business and system process improvements and setting standards.
- Proven experience as a data analyst, with strong technical skills in data management, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts and data insights to non-technical users.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enhance decision making and operational performance through leveraging people and organizational data.
- Provide technical support for HRIS including research and resolution of system issues.
- Complete routine and ad hoc HRIS audits and work with other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and effective data capturing to facilitate process improvements.
- Work extensively with iSolved data to mine, analyze, and interpret data related to the employee lifecycle including staffing, benefits, compensation, performance management and human capital metrics.
- Create and automate reports to surface insights, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas for operational enhancement.
- Use human capital management data to develop stakeholder reports and presentations to facilitate improved decision making and process improvement.
- Create and maintain dashboards with performance metrics.
- Manage and maintain HRIS system user account permissions, access levels, personalization, and settings for all user tiers to ensure proper data access and security.
- Research, develop, and implement technology tools to help enhance HR processes, streamline communication, and improve overall efficiency.
- Create and develop technology solutions for learning management systems to support employee development and training initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in people analytics, data management, and HR technology.
- Act as a subject matter expert for iSolved and other HRIS tools.
- Effectively work in a team environment.
