POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Data and Process Auditor (HR Data & Process Auditor) is responsible for providing prompt, accurate and confidential service and support to the HR shared service team and HRIS team. The role is responsible for auditing HR System data and completing analysis of current processes and providing recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements. Partners with HR shared service trainer and HRIS team to provide training and guidance on processes and procedures. The role routinely generates data reports in order to complete regular audits and provides analysis of inefficiencies as it relates to HR issues and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively audits and troubleshoots employee related HRIS and HR shared service information and processes. Refers matters of a complex nature to the attention of the HR Operations leaders or to the assigned Human Resources Business Partner.
- Responsibilities include generating/reviewing employee data reports and researching process errors, providing information to the HR Operations leaders regarding process and implications of change, performing regular updates, liaising with HRBPs, completing documentation and keying information into HRIS and other related databases based on procedures.
- Reviews employee transaction information in HR systems and ensure data integrity and accuracy. Ensure adherence to standardization strategy; monitor out-of-ordinary situations and follow up with appropriate parties.
- Generates scheduled and adhoc reports from HR systems to perform data checks to ensure data integrity and when statistical information is requested from various Ardent markets, management and departments.
- Maintains and updates the HR system and HR shared services procedure and process documents.
- Establishes a high personal standard of service and performance by actively participating in other duties as assigned, education seminars, training programs, etc.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- A minimum of two years’ related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience handling HR processes surrounding employee record creation and changes
- Experience identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner and gathering and analyzing information skillfully
- Experience presenting data and information in a concise, clear and meaningful manner to individuals and small groups
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Working knowledge of complex Human Resources ERP systems as well as ServiceNow, iCIMS, HealthStream, UKG, or similar.
- Microsoft Office and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Proven ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and to deal with change, delays or unexpected events, keeping constant sight of the overall objectives couple with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and overcome obstacles.
- Proven ability to recognize and maintain highest levels of confidentiality.
