Responsibilities of the Human Resources Director:

• The Human Resources Director is responsible for all employee relations
• The Human Resources Director will conduct employee investigations
• Work with colleagues on labor relations issues
• Follow set processes and procedures that are in place for the Human Resources team

Preferred Qualifications of the Human Resources Director:

• Strong understanding of labor relations
• 5+ years of experience
• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable
