Job Opening: Human Resources Director (HR/Payroll) – Skilled Nursing Facility in Athens, PA

Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with payroll experience? We're looking for a Human Resources Director to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Athens, PA.

**Position Overview:**

As the Human Resources Director (HR/Payroll), you will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining the HR database, and ensuring employee records are accurate. Your role will also involve interviewing candidates, handling onboarding paperwork, and supporting managers with staff-related issues.

**Compensation:**

- Pay: $25 - $30 per hour

- Full-time role

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage an efficient and organized payroll system to meet facility needs.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Prepare and submit timely and accurate payroll reports.

- Verify applicant employment data and background checks.

- Input and update employment, payroll, and personal data in the HRIS system.

- Maintain records for employee benefits, including health, dental, PTO, FMLA, and more.

- Assist with new employee orientation and training.

**Required Qualifications:**

- At least one year of experience in Human Resources and Payroll.
