Title: Human Resources Director

Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000, Depending on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process requests for new personnel, ensuring all employee files comply with regulatory standards.
• Oversee employee performance evaluations, working with department heads to implement necessary actions.
• Clearly communicate policies and procedures to staff.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Initiate and participate in employee morale programs to maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Orient new personnel and maintain open communication with department directors.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations to the Administrator.
• Maintain mandatory postings and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of new employees.
• Provide guidance and disciplinary action as needed.
• Manage attendance records and oversee leaves of absence.
• Conduct thorough investigations and exit interviews.
• Monitor and manage unemployment claims.
• Act as a liaison between union delegates/employees and management.
• Ensure regular training sessions and maintain training records for all staff.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of experience in HR, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare facility.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
