About the Job
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; at least five years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 in an HR leadership role.
Extensive experience may be substituted for education requirement.
HR Management Certification, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
Extensive experience in all aspects of Human Resources to include recruitment and selection, EEOC, employment law, benefits and compensation, training and development, employee relations, strategic planning budget management, performance management, best practices, and new technologies in human resources.
Proven effective interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels and cultures of people.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Experience with Smartsheet and Paycom will be beneficial.
Must possess a current driver’s license, access to a vehicle, qualify as an approved driver as designated in SEI's Insurance Motor Vehicle Guidelines; and maintain vehicle insurance coverage of a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 personal auto liability coverage.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
