Human Resources / Employee Relations Manager - Impact Staffing

Fantastic opportunity for experienced Human Resources Manager.  This company offers an excellent work environment and great benefits.  This position involves supporting team of HR Generalists and HR Coordinators within large corporate office.  Company employees more than 20k employees nationwide.  The official job title is Human Resources Manager but this role centers around employee relations including variety of investigations.  Strong investigation expertise is critical for this role and the top skill needed.

Ideal canddiate will have Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and a minimum of 5 years HR experience-specifially employee relations- in a rapidly changing, multi state, light industrial environment.  Candidates must have experience managing a variety of employee investigations.

This role is hybrid and requires you to be in office Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
