- Report directly to the VP of Finance
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist include but are not limited to:
- Manage benefits administration including 401k management
- Maintains human resource information system
- Schedule new-employee orientations and handle all employee onboarding
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations and recommended bet practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Employee engagement including planning company events and outings
Human Resources Generalist requirements:
- Bachelor degree in HR/Business Administration or experience equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
MaxSalary: USD65000
MinSalary: USD50000
