JOB DESCRIPTION:

Compliance with local, state and Federal agencies
Benefits Administrative Duties
Conducting monthly audits
Assisting with payroll
Assisting with special requests/reports needed by the Executive Leadership Team members.
Heavy weekly/biweekly/monthly reporting responsibilities.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
Strong time management skills, ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Expert level in Excel is a must
Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and other related software
Experience with HRIS, ADP system is a plus
