About the Job
Summary Objective
Under limited supervision, provide administrative work performing a variety of functions in the Human Resources Department, including but not limited to the areas of some areas in recruitment, training, benefits administration, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, affirmative action and employment law compliance. Work is performed with discretion and initiative in carrying out department objectives efficiently and effectively under general supervision of the Senior Manager of Human Resources
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field or High School Diploma with a minimum of five (5) years within the last seven (7) years of experience in the field related HR administrative tasks related to HRIS, personnel transactions, record keeping, electronic records retrieval and storage.
