Human Resources (HR) Manager - Robert Half

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Redmond, Washington. This role involves managing a wide range of HR functions such as employee relations, communication, hiring processes, and compliance, with a particular emphasis on retention efforts. This position is located in a warehouse setting and also involves overseeing some corporate and engineering roles. Responsibilities: - Develop and manage effective retention strategies for warehouse staff - Oversee hiring processes and employee relations for non-exempt roles - Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations - Use Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to manage staff records and processes - Use ADP Workforce Now and other systems for financial services related to HR - Work with Ceridian and other systems for time and attendance management - Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues efficiently - Foster effective communication within the organization - Oversee HR functions for corporate roles and engineering staff when necessary - Collaborate with HR Generalist on various tasks and provide opportunities for their growth and development. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. Benefits: M/D/V - employer paid for employee STD/LTD Life insurance 401k with match PTO accrued at a rate of .075 hours per hour worked (nearly 4 weeks per year) 6 paid holidays Requirements - Proven experience in a Human Resources (HR) Management role - Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now - Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode - Experience with Ceridian and HCM systems - Ability to manage and coordinate benefit functions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations within HR - Demonstrated skills in managing employee relations - Thorough understanding and familiarity with hiring processes.
