Ideal Candidate

• Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Instructional Design at a four-year college or university
• Able to begin internship Summer 2025
• Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and/or Training
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills

Potential Projects

• Process improvement projects in Talent Acquisition and Training
• Conduct research on candidate experience, employer branding, and sourcing/outreach
• Assist in various other Talent or Training areas
