Job Summary
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain exposure to many facets within HR where you can apply your skills and experience to strengthen your core capabilities. This position will provide you with an opportunity to gain real world experience and make an immediate impact. What will you do
- Manage, support, and contribute to projects, programs, and processes in support of HR Strategy for the multiple functional areas
- Partner and collaborate with HR Leaders and business partners on projects, processes, and programs
- Leverage and analyze data and develop recommendations in support of key findings
- Utilize tools and design solutions to improve processes and effectiveness
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support HR programs and initiatives
- Support the overall preparation for a digital HR transformation
What do we look for
- Must be currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s program pursuing a degree in human resources, business, or related field
- Able to work 10-12 weeks (May – August timeframe)
- Comfortable working with large data sets and are keen to develop these skills
- Essential to be collaborative, solution focused, and act with a sense of urgency
- Should be comfortable working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment
- Must be organized, positive and have a professional demeanor
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Must be able to successful pass a security clearance, background verification and drug screening process
