Primary Responsibilities:KeHE’s Internship Program is seeking rising seniors who have demonstrated high performance and leadership in academics, work, both on campus, and in volunteer settings. Top candidates will be evaluated on their cultural fit with KeHE’s core values, and with their aspirations to advance into leadership roles in their careers.
This highly-selective program offers the intern to own and drive impactful projects for their business unit and beyond over the course of 10-12 weeks. KeHE will invest in the growth of each participant by including them in projects, mentoring relationships, as well as a variety of internally and externally facilitated learning events and workshops.
THIS POSITION STARTS IN JUNE 2025; Start date TBD.
Full-time roles may be available upon graduation, including entry into our Rotational Leadership Program (LPA).

HUMAN RESOURCES INTERNSHIP:
The HR intern contributes to driving process improvements and best practices for KeHE Distributors. Will afford the candidate exposure to development of new tools, reports, technologies, lean concepts, teambuilding, and leadership tools.
THIS POSITION STARTS IN JUNE 2025; Start date TBD.
Essential Functions:- Assist with new hire onboarding materials
- Assist with conducting employee orientation
- Assist the Benefits department with the following:
- New hire benefit enrollment
- Qualifying life events
- National Medical Support Notices
- Assist the Payroll department with the following:
- Payroll/Garnishment employee record filing and maintenance
- Payroll support on garnishments and levies
- Assist with maintaining employee files
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Creativity and real passion for working with technology to tackle business problems
- Client-focused, results-driven mindset
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
- Critical thinking skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience in college activities or internships
