Function: Intern/Co-op Job Summary: The Human Resources Internal Communications Intern at CF Industries will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of feeding the world sustainably. As a member of the HR team, you will contribute to our HR internal communications and play a role in fostering a positive workplace culture through on-site event management support. Job Description: Content Creation: Collaborate with the HR team and HR Communications to create compelling internal communications materials through writing and/or design that support our newsletter, employee emails, presentations, and on-site events. Intranet Management: Learn how to maintain and update the CF Industries’ HR intranet platform, ensuring that it serves as a valuable resource for employees, housing HR-related news, policies, and important updates. Event Support: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events that promote a sense of belonging and community within the organization. Research: As a capstone to your internship, you will present industry best practices and emerging trends in internal communications, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance our HR communications strategy. Qualifications: Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on journalistic writing. Experience in Adobe Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) for graphic design and visual communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Genuine interest in HR, internal communications, and employee engagement. Nice-to-have: Experience or familiarity with video shooting and editing.
