Location: Knoxville, TN or Nashville, TN
Number of positions available: 1
Schedule: Summer 2025
You will be involved in the following types of projects:
- Working with the HR department and managers across the firm on Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes
- Participating in employer branding, job distribution and marketing, and candidate sourcing
- Support the coordination of interviews and onboarding
You will gain experience in:
- Communication across various levels and locations
- Researching market competitors and working within a talent database
- Supporting business professionals in completing daily business operations
- Collaborating with team members on new ideas/innovations
- Using Microsoft Suite programs, LinkedIn, Cornerstone ATS, and candidate relationship management software
Education & Experience Qualifications:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from an accredited university
- Major: Human Resources or related field
- Preference will be given to students that do not require sponsorship
- Current GPA of 3.0 or higher
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
Additional Details:
- This is a paid internship working full-time hours (40) per week.
- This is an in-person work opportunity.
- Interns are not eligible for company benefits.
- Housing assistance is not provided.
