Human Resource Specialist:

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing
• High School diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficient in Quickbooks
• Experience with payroll

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and hiring: Attracting, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet the organization's needs
• Onboarding: Orienting and training new employees
• Payroll
• Performance analysis: Evaluating workers' performance
• Compensation and benefits: Determining how much to pay employees and what benefits to offer
• Employee relations: Assisting with problems between employees and maintaining company culture
• Safety and health: Addressing health and safety issues, and ensuring compliance with federal workplace laws
• Disciplinary actions: Handling disciplinary actions
