POSITION SUMMARY
We're seeking a hands-on HR Manager to elevate our people operations. This role combines strategic thinking with practical, day-to-day HR management. We're looking for an impact player who can roll up their sleeves, dive into the details, and drive our HR function forward.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
- Partner with Chief People Officer to develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with our business goals and OKRs
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and cultural initiatives
- Lead change management and communication efforts to support our rapid growth and evolving needs
Talent Management
- Design and execute innovative talent development and retention strategies
- Administer a performance management framework that fosters high performance and engagement
- Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and provide guidance on people management
HR Operations and Compliance
- Oversee core HR functions including benefits administration, leave management, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies, employee handbook, and job descriptions
Clinician & Teammate Experience
- Create programs to enhance engagement and well-being
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and deliver training programs on key HR topics and organizational processes
HR Systems and Analytics
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HRIS and LMS systems
- Build and develop People analytics infrastructure
- Leverage HR data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
- Drive the adoption of HR technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
- 5 years of management experience
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proven track record of leading HR transformations and change management initiatives
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making
- Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Advanced degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
- Experience with high-growth startups
