What you’ll be doing
As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and fostering a supportive work environment where every team member can thrive. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and values. You will be a trusted partner to the entire organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee onboarding processes, from offer acceptance through orientation.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, payroll processing, and benefits enrollment.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Liaison with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants regarding non-renewal and/or breach of contract discussions.
- Administer corporate fleet program.
- Provide guidance and oversight on leaves of absence, FMLA, and unemployment/worker’s comp processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
