Meadow View is a continuing care retirement community located in Berlin, PA. We are a short drive from Somerset and have easy access to Interstate 219. Our center features beautiful views, and we offer short-term care, rehabilitative care, secure memory care, long-term care and independent living apartments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

H.S. diploma required and a HR certification preferred.

Prior knowledge/work experience of principles and practices of H.R. preferred.  

Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly and, at times, emotionally upset people within the facility.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Employee recruitment posting, managing applications and on-boarding new employees.
• Maintain personnel files, administer leave and benefits.
• Prepare paperwork associated with transfers of positions, status changes and secondary positions.
• Responsible for worker's compensation claims, unemployment claims, and the handling of employee benefits. 
• Assist in interviewing, disciplines, and terminations.
