If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field and 2 years of HR experience, we’ll teach you the rest. A Day in the Life
As an HR Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, handling everything from hire to retire. Your role will include:
- Setting hiring targets and overseeing the recruitment process.
- Managing benefits administration, FMLA, Work Comp, and employee relations.
- Ensuring audit compliance and working closely with staff internally and externally.
