YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

Primary duties and responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager include:

• Lead recruitment process, job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding
• Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and facilitating effective communication between staff and management
• Manage employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records
• Manage multiple HR tasks, prioritizing duties to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• 3+ years of experience in human resources management, demonstrating a capacity for handling complex HR issues and fostering a positive work culture
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adeptness with virtual communication tools for effective coordination across time zones
• Proficiency in HRIS technologies, particularly ADP Workforce Now
• Excellent time management skills, a natural talent for working under pressure in a dynamic setting
• Strong communication skills, able to maintain effective relationships with staff and management
• Proven ability to manage sensitive HR functions, familiarity with visa processes is a plus
• HR experience supporting upscale/luxury hospitality employees required
• Bilingual/Spanish speaking skills highly desired
• HR certifications strongly desired
