As the next Human Resources Manager you will oversee day-to-day HR operations, advise management on HR matters, and manage the employee lifecycle. This role will need someone who is very “hands-on” and dedicated to getting the job done.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of hands-on experience in human resources.
• HR generalist experience within a manufacturing plant or with an industrial equipment distributor.
• Proficiency working with ADP Workforce Now and PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
• Previous exp. working with unions is a huge plus!
