A fast-growing company in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a HR Manager to lead our human resources function and champion a people-centered strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR leadership, recruitment/talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating a supportive, thriving work environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and growth objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and address workforce needs, including succession planning and workforce development.
- Drive initiatives to build a strong, inclusive company culture that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience and a smooth integration of new hires.
- Develop programs for employee retention, engagement, and career development to reduce turnover and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Performance Management and Development:
- Implement performance management processes to ensure clear communication of expectations, ongoing feedback, and professional growth.
- Design and facilitate training and development programs to support employee skill development and career advancement.
- Develop leadership development initiatives to grow internal talent for key positions.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee compensation strategies to ensure competitive salary structures that align with market trends and company budget.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans, to ensure they meet employee needs and company objectives.
- Recommend improvements to compensation and benefits offerings based on industry trends.
- Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support a fair, respectful, and safe workplace.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, facilitating conflict resolution and providing guidance to managers on HR-related matters.
- HR Data and Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR initiatives, employee engagement, turnover rates, and other relevant data.
· Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements, Education, and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including management or leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in leading culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Experience in a fast-growing company or start-up environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
