Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Santa Monica, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 + Competitive Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development.
• Oversee performance management and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in biotech/pharma.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to drive change and foster a positive culture.
