Job description:

• Lead and manage a small HR team of three, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Oversee and support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate interviews, and selection processes, to attract top talent.
• Partner with the Benefits Manager to ensure competitive, comprehensive benefits packages and drive employee engagement with benefits offerings.
• Spearhead wellness initiatives to improve employee well-being, tracking program effectiveness and recommending enhancements.
• Address employee relations concerns, provide conflict resolution, and proactively improve employee satisfaction to enhance retention.
• Assist with EEOC compliance, ensuring adherence to equal employment opportunity regulations and addressing any related issues.
• Support workers’ compensation claims and FMLA administration, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
• Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and provide key HR metrics to senior leadership to support decision-making.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, continuously improving HR processes and programs.

Requirements:

• MUST have 3+ years of HR Manager level exp.
• MUST have experience with FMLA, Workers Comp, Recruiting, Benefits.
• High school diploma or equivalent
