About the Job
- Assist in managing Capital Program projects which are in Planning, Design, Construction and Closeout phases
- Assist/coordinate in resolving project related issues
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, dashboards and presentations as needed
- Maintain Modifications/Additional Work Orders (AWOs) Logs, contractor payments, weekly project reports and other budgetary/administrative work databases
- Monitor multiple project schedules, costs and activities
- Develop, update and consolidate various reports such as weekly progress reports,
Project Status Reports, FTA Reports, Traffic Light Reports, etc. - Perform administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, office supplies, time
sheets, field office visits for pickup/delivery of documents, etc.
- Baccalaureate Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Equivalent
- A minimum of three years' experience in program development and support, business administration or related field
- Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to communicate effectively with excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience Organizing project information, prepare reports and presentations
