About the Job
Role: Human Resources Operations Manager (Temporary to Permanent, based on performance)
Pay Rate: $38-42/hr
Location: Remote - *Must be able to meeting in NYC quarterly*
Essential Functions:
• Oversee processing of payroll in the ADP TotalSource HRIS to include deductions, wage garnishments, etc.
• Produce payroll and benefits related compliance reporting.
• Partner with the Finance team on payroll and produce payroll change sheet.
• Main point of contact to Finance and development team to provide all requested data including audits, 5500, loan proposals, donor grants, etc.
• Streamline data management processes to drive towards data integrity across systems, including processes of job status changes, and to ensure accuracy to analyze and report HR data.
• Manage internal controls and audits of ACA and 5500 form to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
• Administrator of 401K including enrollment, rollover, loans, withdrawals, and annual audits.
• Point of contact with ADP and employee for leave administration and worker’s compensation claims and follow-up.
• Partner with ADP on coordinating benefits annual open enrollment rollout meetings.
• Oversight and management of benefits to include leave of absence, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), etc.
• Track and maintain accurate records in ADP of all leaves.
• File annual EEO-1 reports in the ADP system of record and ensure compliance.
• Manage year-end process including W-2, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
