As a Human Resources Operations Manager, you will be collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. This position will oversee and manage the payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for the administration and optimization of HR systems, including the implementation of new technologies to enhance HR operations. Your role will also encompass the development and management of compensation plans, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards. You will work closely with the finance department to ensure the alignment of payroll and compensation with the company’s budget and financial goals. Furthermore, you will oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and departing employees, while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred along with 3+ years of experience as an HR professional with prior management experience. Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is preferred, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office package is a must. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to be flexible and multi-task are essential to this role. Must be flexible to travel to our other office locations.
