Key Responsibilities:
Assist in processing daily HR and payroll requests with efficiency and accuracy.
Assist in document tracking and reporting to ensure compliance and organization.
Manage and support various entries and reporting in company human resources information systems
Support employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies, procedures, and payroll.
Think outside the box and come up with creative solutions for daily challenges and emerging trends in the workplace.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Provide progress and reporting to senior management.
Assist in new employee onboarding and managing personnel files.
Data entry in various company human resources and operational systems
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently or within a team.
Experience in HR functions, including payroll processing, documentation, and reporting, is a plus.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is an advantage.
Experience with iSolved, Talentreef, Dayforce, and eRestaurant is recommended.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a HR Generalist/Payroll Processing, or a similar role in an office environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
