Are you a dynamic and experienced Human Resources professional looking for an exciting new challenge? Join our team as a Human Resources Portfolio and Project Manager and lead the development of our portfolio and project management discipline.
This role is located at our corporate headquarters in Arden Hills, MN, with a hybrid work arrangement each week.
In this role you will develop and sustain our HR Portfolio practices within our Human Resources function. You'll co-create the framework for HR portfolio management practices that align with organizational objectives and develop and maintain the HR function's scorecard. This includes coordinating strategic priority planning sessions, defining relevant KPIs and metrics for HR program effectiveness and return on investment, and monitoring progress against the scorecard to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
In addition, you will conduct portfolio reviews and checkpoint meetings to manage HR initiatives effectively, identify areas for enhancement in HR portfolio management and implement best practices to boost team skills. Working closely with HR COEs, HR Leadership, and operations teams, you will identify opportunities for process and program improvements, fostering continuous enhancement in organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on portfolio and project management.
- A proven track record of successfully leading strategic project management activities and driving process enhancements within HR, as well as experience in developing and implementing innovative frameworks to elevate HR initiatives and drive organizational change.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of project managers toward achieving service excellence, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership are essential.
