Summary: The Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process; partnering with hiring managers and representing Bridgewell to source and interview talent, fill job opportunities, conduct background checks, and coordinate onboarding. In addition, the recruiter will develop effective and efficient recruitment strategies and be a contributing member of the HR team as a whole.
Schedule:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and necessary applicant requirements
- Creatively search and source candidates across multiple locations using job boards, career sites, internet searches, referrals, networking, career and college fairs, and other creative methods.
- Build a strong, diverse candidate pipeline, including leveraging external partnerships and reaching out to passive candidates.
- Ensure all job postings follow Bridgewell guidelines and have the necessary approvals before posting
- Ensure advertisements are developed and regularly maintained on key websites
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with candidates, in person or on the phone.
- Follow up with hiring managers and candidates for feedback throughout the interview process
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring applicant data and status are current and updated regularly in the ATS. Track recruitment statistics as required.
- Conduct full background checks including RMV, and CORI screenings, education, license, and certification verifications. Provide documentation to regulatory agencies as required.
- Coordinate on-boarding of new hires and assist with new employee orientation
- Generate offer letters for candidates and work with managers to ensure offers comply with pre-established salary guidelines and within budget.
- As part of the recruitment team, assist in developing pro-active recruitment strategies to anticipate, plan, and recruit for future business needs, including assisting with training and developing interns.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal employees, external applicants, management, and leadership teams.
- Provide other support as assigned within the Human Resources Dept.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field plus a minimum of two years of high-volume recruiting experience required.
- Experience in the Human Service industry is preferred but not required.
- Experience with various interviewing practices.
- Experience with a variety of internet job posting sites and use of creative recruiting strategies.
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Effective interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently at a high pace with competing and changing priorities.
- Excellent computer skills.
