Responsible to process the New Hire paperwork for staff employees timely and accurately. Responsible for front end processing of all drug test, background screening and TB tests. Daily follow up in Sterling to ensure applicants are meeting the deadline prior to hire date. Responsible for completing the I-9 Part 2 in Workday for new hire employees. Follow up with E-Verify if employment not authorized in Workday. Meet weekly with I am the U Team to ensure roster is complete and review pending new hire. Prepare new hire packages for scanning using separator sheets and send to Iron Mountain. Assist in processing the HR transactions in the HRSS mailbox for staff employees timely and accurately. Audits reporting for licensures, certification in Evercheck and Workday to ensure University compliance. Audit Level II background checks in FDLE to ensure University compliance. Audits E-Verify for open or incomplete cases.
Provides guidance and support to Human Resources Representative with Workday questions, issues and training as needed. Provide support to HRSS Manager with special projects and audits.
