Responsibilities:

• The Human Resources Specialist will oversee the HR Department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The HR Specialist?will work to assure that quality personnel are interviewed, trained and onboarded, as well as Payroll is processed, Time & Attendance is monitored, and other general HR-related duties are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study; an equivalent combination of education and relatable experience may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree.?
• Five (5) or more years of Human Resources experience is preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning personnel administration in nursing care facilities; more specifically laws pertaining to Worker?s Compensation and unemployment guidelines.
