Overview:The HR Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and technical assistance within the Human Resources program in a classified environment with multiple sub-contractors, partners, technologies, systems, and services.
Responsibilities:- Work within current business processes to provide technical and administrative support to Human Resources, Leadership and Talent Development, and/or Compensation & Benefits project teams.
- Work to coordinate and meet deliverable deadlines.
- Conduct analysis, and research in support of projects.
- Produce Weekly Activity Reports (WAR).
- Prepare presentations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- TS SCI Clearance
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years in HR or Administrative role.
- Solid MS Office skills.
- Desired Years Related Experience: 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with HR software preferred (Yello, Hand-Shake, HireVue).
