Your Specific Responsibilities:
This is a professional level position responsible for the operation of Ryan White Clinical Quality Management and Quality Improvement. The incumbent will play an integral role in QA/QI of the HIV/AIDS program and assisting the Program Director with HRSA contract deliverables, site visit preparation, data collection, and grant submissions. Position reports directly to the Senior Health Operations Manager - SES and is headquartered in LaBelle. Certain immunizations and TB testing may be required.
The incumbent is responsible for, but not limited to:
Clinical Quality Management and Quality Improvement
• Co-leads monthly team (case management/clinic) and QA/QI meetings. Ensuring minutes and sign in sheets are completed to meet HRSA requirements.
• Works with Ryan White Team to Develop QI projects based on programmatic needs.
• Maintain quality metrics to facilitate and monitor quality improvement activities.
• Develop and maintain programmatic and population data to support research and targeted programmatic response.
• Coordinates and runs Quality Assurance (QA) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs.
• Co-leads monthly QA/QI meetings. Ensuring minutes and sign in sheets are completed to meet HRSA requirements.
•Attends bimonthly HRSA meetings with project director to discuss QA/QI program and progress.
Data Management
•Serves as a data specialist for the Ryan White Program
•Assists with compiling and submitting annual RSR data report to HRSA
•Analyzes data problem/process solves to ensure data accurately represents programmatic work being performed
•Provides programmatic data performance reports to aid in overall program administration and reporting.
•Provides information to supervisors and coworkers. This information can be exchanged face-to-face, in writing, or via telephone or electronic transfer.
• Combines, evaluates, and reasons with information and data to make decisions and solve problems.
Administrative Support
• Assists with data for the accurate and timely preparation and submission of reports and grant applications related to Ryan White obligations.
• Co-Leads and Assists with Quality Assurance (QA) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs.
• Maintain quality metrics to facilitate and monitor quality improvement activities.
• Develop and maintain programmatic and population data to support research and targeted programmatic response.
• Provide programmatic performance.
• Co-leads monthly QA/QI meetings. Ensuring minutes and sign in sheets are completed to meet HRSA requirements.
• Assists with grant writing for the Ryan White program.
• Assists with purchasing process for provider referrals
Community Involvement
Performs other related work as required, including community outreach, presentations, staff meetings and quality improvement meetings.
Maintains contact with public and private community agencies and organizations as needed. Obtains and provides information, data and recommendations for planning purposes. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum:
+ Willing to work during or beyond normal work hours or days in the event of an emergency? Emergency duty required of the incumbent of this position includes working in Special Needs or Red Cross Shelters, or performing other emergency duties including, but not limited to, responses to or threats involving any disaster or threat of disaster, man-made or natural
+ At least two years’ experience directly related to quality improvement
+ Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel
+ Have a driver's license and reliable transportation
