What You Get To Do:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Compliance Manager is part of a dynamic team responsible to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with program design, and Dungarvin’s mission of respecting and responding to the choices of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Lead, coach, mentor the QA staff (3 coordinators)
- Develop, and deliver training and mentoring to Dungarvin employees to ensure maximum adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures
- Assist in quality assessment, intervention and enhancement of services and supports.
- Assure that all services provided are of the highest possible quality
- Be involved in the development, review, and implementation of the plan of improvement, if issues are identified.
- Ensure that operational quality processes are maintained through audit/inspection processes, identifying service issues and barriers, conducting maltreatment investigations, and making recommendations for service improvement to operational leadership.
- Provide data review, reporting and communication.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field
- Two (2) years of experience in a related field
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Must have prior experience working directly with individuals with disabilities
- Prior experience in project management is preferred.
- The qualified person will possess excellent decision-making, time management, research, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have proven communication, and project management skills; must be independent, responsible, mature, and flexible.
- Basic computer skills required.
