HVAC Account Manager - 160 Year Old Manufacturer - Base Salary to 145k/year - Dallas, TX

• Our client, a stable, growing manufacturer, has an immediate need for an HVAC Account Manager, to handle a territory covering several states in the south (to include TX, KS, MO, over to FL, and up to NC). Our client has been in business for over 160 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. The Southern team operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture.

Responsibilities:

• In this position, the HVAC Account Manager will be responsible for selling to manufacturers’ rep firms, working with specifying engineers, and building relationships with mechanical contractors. The Commercial HVAC Account Manager will be responsible to be a technical advisor to their core customers, helping them make accurate equipment selections and get their products specified in projects.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong background in selling commercial HVAC equipment (boiler experience a bonus!). The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a solid compensation package for this position, with a base salary in the 120k - 145k/year range, and up to 30% bonus opportunity.
