HVAC Change Out Installer - IES Holdings, Inc.

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, a subsidiary of IES Residential is seeking a professional and career-oriented HVAC Change Out Installer to join our team in Hudson, Florida location. As an HVAC Change Out Installer, you will play a crucial role in replacing and installing HVAC systems in established structures. Qualifications:

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Computer literate, with the ability to use basic software applications.
• Proficient in installing HVAC systems in established residential structures.
• Must have HVAC tools including torches, manifold gauges, multi-meter, and hand tools.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a residential HVAC installer.
• EPA certification required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
