Focus Heating & Cooling is looking to add a sales person to their team. They have been providing tailored heating and cooling systems solutions to Santiam Canyon and surrounding Salem area and are looking for someone to listen to customers and help create projects unique to their situations. Job Duties:
- Establish rapport and listen to customer’s needs and wants, in order to provide a unique solution every time.
- Provide clear and consistent communication with customers and internal employees.
- Familiarize self with pricing, incentives/rebates, financing, and option building.
- Develop a high level of familiarity withproduct line and equipment.
- Create sales proposals that are accurate, complete, and clear.
- Self-generate canvassing, outbound calling, and follow ups.
- Help set aggressive sales plans, and propose expansions.
- Partner with in-house and community advertising efforts.
- Address anyclient issues when required during a job, and once the job is complete if there were any corrections needed
- Partner with Focus sales team and owner.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years consultative sales experience.
- Being comfortable working directly with customersin their homes.
- Ability to use Company-furnished technology products.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass drug screen, including THC,and background check.
- Working knowledge of installing the fundamental components of an HVAC system.
- Proficient in buildingcodes and its application as it applies to installs.
- Ability to frequently climb ladders and crawl in tight spaces.
