Job Title: HVAC Control Technician

Job Type: Full-Time (7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with flexibility to work nights as needed and rotating on call schedule)   

Salary: $30 - $50 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

As an HVAC Control Technician at Coopwoods Air Conditioning Inc, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC control systems in industrial and commercial settings. Your expertise in computer-based control systems, including programming and configuration, will be essential for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems. With a focus on Metasys system knowledge, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues to deliver effective solutions. Your technical proficiency and dedication to quality will contribute to the success of our projects. 

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC control systems in industrial and commercial settings.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on control systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Work with computer-based control systems, including programming and configuration.
• Utilize technical knowledge to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems.
• Specialize in Metasys system knowledge, including controlled programming and configuration.
• Perform HVAC repairs

• 5+ years experience in industrial and commercial HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in computer-based control systems, including programming and troubleshooting.
• Specific experience with Metasys system knowledge is highly desired.
• Strong technical skills and aptitude for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively. 
• Must reside within 20 miles of Texas City
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK.
