ABOUT THE POSITION

Schedule: This is a part-time position with varying shifts within business hours (7 AM to 5 PM).

Your Role: As an HVAC Customer Service Representative, you step into the role of a customer's best ally. As the first point of contact, you answer incoming calls with a friendly voice, ready to assist customers with their HVAC needs. You skillfully schedule maintenance visits, order necessary parts, and follow up to ensure every customer is satisfied. Your teamwork shines as you collaborate with colleagues to resolve any challenges, knowing you are part of a company that values hard work and integrity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Experience with ServiceTitan
• Familiarity with HVAC systems
