Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and commercial operations, ensuring seamless communication between our technicians and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule HVAC service calls for commercial clients.
- Dispatch technicians efficiently to optimize response times and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and technician availability.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather information about service needs.
- Collaborate with the service team to prioritize urgent calls and manage workload.
- Monitor technician performance and provide support as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and order supplies as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 experience in HVAC dispatching or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and commercial HVAC applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
