HVAC Estimator - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 120k/year - South Amboy, NJ

• Our client is a mechanical servicing company that services large commercial and industrial companies with a focus on providing high-quality service. They prioritize customer satisfaction by offering competitive pricing and ensuring excellence in their work throughout the entire service process.
• They have an immediate need for an HVAC Estimator to support the estimating team in New Jersey. This is a role that will regularly report to the office located in South Amboy, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, the HVAC Estimator will work and develop relationships with general contractors, project managers, architects, and engineers to provide estimates for mostly new construction as well as some retrofits. The HVAC Estimator will be doing project plans, specifications, generating cost estimates, budgeting, and proposals. They will also be responsible for understanding the HVAC system and design.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years of experience with HVAC estimating or related role along with a Bachelor's degree in construction management or field experience. Must have experience with HVAC. The candidate should be comfortable with managing bids through the entire process and use estimating software as well as have strong math and organizational skills and provide exceptional customer service.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 85k - 120k/year range. Our client also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare and dental, generous paid time off, 4% 401k contribution, and more.
